Matt #2

Welcome back TDS-goers to Matt’s “Magnificent” Monday Blog. Last night at Survivor Series, we saw no title changes but an alright PPV. TNA has been putting on good Impacts, but there is something that disgusts me right now with them. I can’t hold it back any longer, so let’s get it going.

TNA

Hulk Hogan, Hulk *bleeping* Hogan. TNA, you have promised all of us that Hulk would be ON TNA Impact, not in a taped promo/plug that is on a taped show. With all of this build-up about signing him, I am waiting for TNA to deliver. It has been about a month now, and I have yet to see Hogan in the Impact Zone yet. I know he has his Hulkamania Tour, but what gives? He signed with TNA, therefore he should atleast make a live appearance on the show. Call me crazy, but TNA blew its load on signing him, and hasn’t done a thing with him since. Meanwhile, you have WWE throwing out a Hogan DVD and rubbing it in the face of TNA, showing that they still have the Hogan legacy. So what does TNA do to fire back? Nothing, not one thing. The Hogan signing got you one mention on a national news station, and a trending topic on Twitter. I guess that is satisfying enough for them. It’s time to Cross The Line TNA, and give the fans what you promised them.

TNA Weekly Awards

Best Segment- None (Did I miss anything good?)
“Turn off the TV” Moment- First 5 minutes of Impact (WWE is known to obliterate their openings too)

WWE

HHH must be very generous right now, or else he’s in some heat with his daddy in law. Don’t look at me saying this like I am some dirt sheeter trying to stir things up. For almost everyone, putting someone over clean twice in one week would draw no attention from anyone. But this is HHH, Vince McMahon’s son-in-law who has just as much pull as anyone backstage when it comes to creative decisions. He has been known to squash quite a few wrestlers along the way alongside his buddy Shawn Michaels. But this week it was very different with HHH taking the clean pin on Raw. This wasn’t as bad as what happened last night. John Cena practically buried HHH AND HBK with what he did. It amazes me that HHH had no problem with Cena winning the way he did, with an Attitude Adjuster on HBK onto himself. Once again, I could just be a little paranoid, but I think something has to be up. Maybe HHH was in a great mood the last time he went in to give his advice to creative, no wait not maybe, he had to be.
